- Wrong product was delivered
- Product has missing parts or accessories
- Product is unused and not as expected

- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, invoice, tags, and accessories
- Product should not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order furniture
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

- Share product images or unpacking video (if required)
- Return pickup will be arranged (based on service availability)
